CLUTCHH Clubs
Our CLUTCHH Clubs will bring together young netballers of a similar age to learn and have fun together - all led by Helen. You will be guided through an elite-level skills or shooting practice, including technique training, hand-eye coordination, Helen’s day-to-day drills, matchplay tips and tricks, plus some competitions and games.
There will also be time for a Q&A where you can ask Helen any questions you may have about being a professional netballer.
All sessions will have between 4 and 16 participants.
Designated time for pictures/signings at the end of every session.
Also at the end of each session - Helen will choose her CLUTCHH Champion, someone who excelled not just in ability, but in work ethic and positivity. The CLUTCHH Champion of the session will receive a brand new piece of Nike kit.
There will also be opportunity to win some some of Helen’s signed personal kit by playing a few games!
CLUTCHH Club spaces are extremely limited - on a first come first serve basis once dates are released. Get in quick to book your spot!
Private Group Shooting Sessions
Comprises 1 x 60 minute private group shooting session with Helen.
We have 3 different group sizes available:
- Up to 4 participants
- Up to 8 participants
- Up to 14 participants
Opportunity to learn from a professional - sessions can be tailored to what you would like to work on as a group.
Designated time for pictures/signings at the end of every session.
Perfect for friend groups, teammates and birthday celebrations!
Number of private sessions available is extremely limited - on a first come first served basis once dates are released.
Private 1 on 1 Shooting Session
Comprises 1 x 60 minute session with Helen 1 on 1 and in person.
Opportunity to learn from a professional - sessions can be adapted to what you would like to work on. Designated time for pictures and signings with Helen at the end of every session.
Number of private 1 on 1 sessions available is extremely limited - on a first come first served basis once dates are released.
1-Time Virtual CLUTCHH Session
Follow along with one of Helen’s elite shooting sessions - from anywhere in the world.
Includes 1 x 60 minute shooting session (demonstrated + pre-recorded by Helen) - yours to keep and view forever after it has been shared.
1 x 30 minute live group zoom session with Helen - to explain the session plus a Q&A.
Exclusive CLUTCHH CLUB statistic tracker test.
Perfect for a taster into elite shooter training! Internet access, post + ball required.

Follow along for 4 weeks of Helen’s elite shooting sessions - from anywhere in the world.
Includes 4 x 60 minute elite shooting sessions (demonstrated + pre-recorded by Helen) - yours to keep and view forever after they’ve been shared each week.
4 x 30 minute live group zoom sessions with Helen (1 per week) - to explain the session of the week plus a Q&A/catch-up with the group.
Exclusive CLUTCHH CLUB statistic tracker test.
At the end of the 4 weeks, Helen will also choose her CLUTCHH Champion - the athlete who is most impressive not just in shooting skill, but attitude and perseverance.
The CLUTCHH champion of the group will receive a signed piece of Helen’s personal netball kit (can be England or Swifts) and a 50% discount for 1 year on any CLUTCHH sessions.
